Training cost will be $25 and it includes the 2012 NFHS Rulebook, Flag, Whistle and shirt. Late registration will be $30.

The password for the on-line certification test can be found on your ticket - the one you received in email when you registered. Your personal password is the first 8 numbers on the end of your ticket ... indicated in yellow on the sample ticket below:
