OYLA has issued the following memo for referees, coaches and administrators to encourage a positive developmental environment for our youth lacrosse players.
All OYLA games must be officiated by an OYLA certified referee. Clubs are responsible for scheduling refs for their home games. A consolidated list of OYLA certified referees was made available at the end of March to all club representatives.
